How did Steve Jobs intended to use his billions?
Well it’s definitely not to help the millions in need. In an excerpt from Walter Isaacson’s biography of the tech guru explains,
“I will spend my last dying breath if I need to, and I will spend every penny of Apple’s $40 billion in the bank [at the time … this has grown massively since], to right this wrong. I’m going to destroy Android, because it’s a stolen product. I’m willing to go thermonuclear war on this.”
Now that is just sad and bitter but not surprising. Even it’s own Apple factories workers (read here) were badly exploited and taken care of, so I guess the other millions are not as important as his war with Android. He might be a genius but I have no respect for a person who has no compassion and humility to other people.
