We would really appreciate if you could inbox us your contact number so as we could apologize to you and your friend personally. We take this feedback and comments as a positive approach for us to do better and quality itself is our first priority in serving you and our other customers. Again we apologize.
I applaud Charcoal for responding to this in a positive way. I wish other restaurants would take note of this. I’ve seen casses where restaurants becoming defensive and take customers’ complains as slander to bring their establishment down.
Just to shed light to the matter above, my friend was at another table and i was with another friend at the very same moment. I sent mine back but by the time the replacement came (10 mins or so), my appetite was gone so I just took it back home. Despite this incident, I still won’t hesitate to go back to Charcoal.
